Like a pendulum builds momentum as the "bob" falls, tides build strength meaning you won't paddle against much of a tide going heading out, but after our break on the outermost beach, the tides picked up and helps carry you back to shore. Settled down in the channels of the Nauset Marsh, you'll experience a diverse ecosystem of aquatic and shoreline animals.

High Tide Tours are only recommended for people who've kayaked a couple of times before. All of our tours are appropriate for all ages, however, paddlers younger than 13 must be accompanied by an adult in a tandem kayak regardless tidal condition.

During the High Tide Tour you can expect to adventure atop the marsh channels, paddle by commercial oyster and lobster farms, and may even see an oyspey nest, which in 2021 had a nest full of chicks.
