We accept all cards. Cash receives a 5% discount; however, a card must be on-file to make reservations.  Please call/text the team to make a reservation if you plan on paying by cash.

Delivery & Pickup times are between 8am-12pm or 3pm-6pm. 

The Cape is a high traffic area, so we cannot take specific time requests.

We need an exact residential address for delivery and will only pick up at that same address. We will call/text 10–20 minutes prior to drop off and pick up. 

Please be respectful to our staff, and mindful of our delivery route which is constantly changing.  Car traffic, road-work, group tours, private lessons, and weather can all effect our schedule and promptness.  We do our best to communicate any delays and pride ourself on our exemplary customer service.  We do service all Cape towns-- contact us today about your delivery!

All rentals and equipment are required to be in your DRIVEWAY at the conclusion of your rental duration.  If rentals are not ready for pick up you may be charged a fee.  Please be respectful of other's reservations that could be utilizing the same rental equipment and have it all ready for pick up

Within 48 hours are charged a full fee.  All other cancellations are charged a 50% fee.

Please take gentle care of our property - Customer is financially responsible for any loss or damage.

Each rental is supplied with appropriate lifejacket and paddle.  Add-ons available.

Additional lifejackets, paddles, and drybags are available just ask your delivery driver.

You must purchase parking passes from the town your are paddling in unless you are being dropped off or biking to the waterway.  You are responsible for planning your paddle, including purchasing any necessary parking passes.  Please refer to town websites for accurate information and for sales.

$750 per canoe

$650 per kayak

$550 per paddleboard

$100 significant cosmetic damage

Other Fees

$25 fee per rental item will be charged if rental delivery items are not ready for pick-up or in the designated location where dropped off.
